It's pleasant place to stay 1 mile away from London Guarantee Building. Perfect location for visiting restaurants and a zoo.

Clean place with great view out of my window of the skyline. Best staff upon checkout the front desk clerk and central location.

Romantic and good value for cost hotel, the restaurant is perfect, the location is picturesque close to everything. Magnificent Mile district deserves to be explored.

This is an amazing hotel with great stuff and location. All in all its fairly clean place, they have comfy beds. Early check-in, late check-out.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Chicago. I loved having cereal, bread, milk, croissants and cheese as a choice for the continental breakfast. Nice design, brand-new and functional rooms and attentive staff. The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from London Guarantee Building.

Fabulous staff, prime location near restaurant choices and with. Continental breakfast with exceptional food selection. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Recently renovated room and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was healthy and you could choose from slices of fresh bread, meats, coffee and cheese. Incrediblevalue for money, an unforgettable stay.

It was clean, breakfast was awesome! Decent views and nice garden. The beach was nice and near the hotel. I visited the downstairs bar and tried the complementary drinks.

Freshly renovated freshly renovated rooms, incredibly welcoming staff, optimal location. The room was good value, it included a full kitchen. Complimentary wireless internet, microwave and TV set were available here too. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was exceptional.

Staff was sympathetic, pool area was very clean, and breakfast was absolutely superb! Quiet enough room, ocean views. Proper lighting.

Hotel was well priced. Very comfy bed, marble bathroom and TV, free tea and hairdryer in the room. The cafe bar was excellent.

There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Mirai Sushi, set within 10 minutes walk or so. The suite suited us: it had heating, a laptop-size safe and a coffeemaker. Regards to your valet. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We were in the king suite with a heating system, a laptop-compatible safe and a writing table. Besides, it has a private parking and high speed internet access. Traveled much, cause it's at walking distance from Chicago subway station...

the staff went out of way to help. one could dine at restaurants such as drumbar 5 minutes away.

We had a nice view. All we needed for one night in Chicago.
